Hiring Fresher / Telecaller / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female Tele Caller to join our team in Madhyamgram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone and providing them with information about our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Outreach:** Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services, fostering positive relationships and promoting interest.

- **Lead Qualification:** Identify and qualify leads from various sources to ensure that the sales team has viable prospects to work with.

- **Data Entry and Management:** Maintain accurate records of calls made and update customer information in our database for easy access and follow-up.

- **Follow-ups:** Conduct follow-up calls with customers to provide additional information or address any questions to help facilitate a purchase decision.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and experiences, which helps in improving our services.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner to engage customers effectively. A basic understanding of computer applications, especially MS Office, is essential for data management. Candidates should be proactive, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. Strong organizational skills for managing calls and customer information are important. Since the role is full-time and office-based, reliability and consistent attendance are expected. Prior experience in telecalling is an advantage, but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
