- Introduce the institutes airhostess, cabin crew, and other aviation courses, emphasizing key program benefits and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound requests from prospective students, provide clear information on course duration, fees, schedules, and admission steps.
- Address objections professionally, clarify doubts, and guide students through the enrollment journey.
- Schedule counseling/demo appointments for interested candidates with admission advisors or trainers.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls via phone and/or WhatsApp to nurture leads and reinforce institutional engagement.
- Accurately record all interactions, student details, and status updates in the CRM/database.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date recordssegment leads, track conversions, and note feedback.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead conversions, and appointments scheduled.
- Prepare concise call-performance reports for the admissions manager, including metrics such as lead conversion rates.
- Work closely with admissions counselors and trainers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Brief the counseling team on candidate interests or concerns to improve the quality of consultations.
- Stay updated on all aviation programs, course content, and industry trends to confidently communicate details.
- Attend regular training/refresher sessions on communication skills, script updates, and CRM enhancements.
