We are seeking a dedicated and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Adambakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and a minimum educational qualification of 10th y Responsibilities:nn- Conduct Outbound Calls: Engage with potential customers through phone calls to promote our services and gather pertinent - Maintain Customer Database: Accurately update and manage customer details in the database to ensure tracking of interactions and follow-- Achieve Call Targets: Meet daily and weekly call targets set by the management, demonstrating efficiency and effective communication - Resolve Customer Queries: Address customer questions and concerns professionally, providing accurate information to facilitate their decision-making - Report Progress: Regularly report to the supervisor on call outcomes and customer feedback, assisting in strategizing further quired Skills and Expectations:nnThe candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers. Basic knowledge of computers is essential for maintaining databases and logging calls. A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure are crucial, as is a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service. The position is full-time and requires the candidate to work from the office in Adambakkam.
