We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Remote Calling & Marketing Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, promote our services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided lead lists.
Introduce and promote the company's products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, or text.
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
Submit daily reports on calls, leads, and appointments.
Qualifications
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Confident and persuasive phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently from home.
Reliable internet connection, laptop/computer, and a quality headset are required.
