Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our diverse range of travel packages and services.

Customer Engagement: Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about various destinations, itineraries, and travel options.

Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our tour packages, special offers, and travel-related services.
