key responsibilities
outbound calling: make proactive calls to prospective and existing customers to inform them about new products, services, or special offers.
inbound query handling: answer incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information about the company and its offerings.
sales and lead generation: persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service, or schedule appointments for the sales team.
customer relationship management: build and maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
data management & reporting:
accurately record and update customer information, call details, and sales outcomes in the crm system or database.
submit daily call reports and sales progress reports to the team manager.
product knowledge: maintain in-depth knowledge of all company products and services to explain features and benefits clearly and accurately.
target achievement: consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
