Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Telecaller

We are looking for a female Tele Caller based in Jalandhar, India. This role is ideal for those with little to no experience and requires a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass. The position is full-time and based in the office.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers. You will explain our services, answer their questions, and engage them to generate interest. Another important duty is to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups after calls to ensure customer satisfaction and lead conversion. You will also collaborate with team members and provide feedback on customer responses to improve our calling strategies.

Required skills include excellent communication in local languages and a clear speaking voice. You should be friendly and approachable, able to handle objections and provide effective solutions to potential concerns. Basic computer knowledge is necessary for data entry and using software to log calls.
