Looking For Tele Caller (Female Only)

We are looking for a skilled Tele Caller to join our team in Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and must be a graduate. This role is suitable exclusively for female applicants and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Outbound Calls: You will reach out to potential clients and customers by phone to introduce our services and gather information.

2. Lead Generation: Your role will involve identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective communication and by understanding client needs.

3. Customer Follow-up: You will follow up with existing leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate additional sales opportunities.

4. Updating Records: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls made, responses received, and any commitments or actions required.

5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to share information and strategies for improving sales and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, with a good command of the local language and English. The ability to listen actively and express ideas clearly is essential. You should be comfortable with phone-based communication and possess strong interpersonal skills.
