We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Arrah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience, including freshers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce our products and services, aiming to generate interest and lead them toward a purchase.

- Handling Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing information in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Updating Customer Information: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update details in our database to ensure effective follow-up and service.

- Achieving Targets: Work towards individual and team targets, ensuring a proactive approach to meet sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

- Providing Feedback: Share insights and feedback on customer preferences and concerns with the management to help improve products and processes.

Required Skills and Expectations:
