CUSTOMER EXCUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Hiring for voice process customer executive for fresher

Qualification: Inter to Degree any graduate

EXPERCIENCE: 0-3YEAR

Shifts: Day shift, 6 Days working

Salary: 12K to 20k

Work location: Hyderabad, Ameerpet

Woking hours: 9:30 am to 6:30pm

Note: work from office

Job summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Tel caller to join our team and candidate will responsible for making inbound and outbound call

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and passion to convince the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make inbound and outbound calls maintain call database in tracker and follow up customers

Reaching target€™s in daily, weekly and monthly wise

Provide accurate information to the customer about our service

Gender preference: female only

Languages: Telugu, English (Hindi, added advantage)
