We are looking for a motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Bangalore. This role is part-time and allows you to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information as required, fostering a positive experience.

- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

- Follow-up Calls: Regularly follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales, demonstrating persistence and commitment.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products/services, helping the company improve offerings based on real insights.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed at least 12th grade, showcasing a basic educational background.

- Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to speak clearly and convincingly.

- A friendly and approachable attitude is crucial to build rapport with customers over the phone.

- Basic computer skills are required for data entry and using communication tools effectively.

- Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
