Primary Responsibilities:
Everyday Basis telephonic calls need to be made to channel partners and End customers.
Knowing the opinions of clients, and specific business requirements, and using product expertise to satisfy those requirements acquiring an in-depth understanding of technological requirements to ensure service quality.
Identifying and developing new business through networking follow-up calls, and cold-calling to create interest in products and generate new business leads.
Documentation of Daily Calls, funnels, and relevant Details is a must.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Any Bachelors degree or Masters preferred
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with customers in ambiguous situations.
Experience in telecalling, BPO, and IT Hardware sales will be preferred.
Fluent in English is a must.
