Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers: Tele callers are responsible for making calls to individuals or businesses to promote products or services.

2. Explain product features and benefits: They should be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services being offered to potential customers.

3. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries: Tele callers should be able to handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with information or assistance as needed.

4. Maintain call records and update customer databases: It is important for tele callers to keep detailed records of calls made and update customer databases with relevant information.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Good communication skills: Tele callers should have excellent verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.

2. Basic computer skills: They should be comfortable using computers and be able to update customer databases and records efficiently.

3. Persuasive skills: Tele callers should have the ability to persuade potential customers and convince them to purchase the products or services being offered.

4. Time management: The ability to manage time effectively and make a high volume of calls within a given timeframe is crucial for tele callers.
