Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers: You will be responsible for making calls to prospective clients to promote products or services offered by the company.

2. Handle customer inquiries: You will need to answer any questions or concerns that customers may have about the products or services being offered.

3. Schedule appointments: You will be required to schedule appointments for interested customers to speak with a sales representative or learn more about the company's offerings.

4. Maintain call records: Keeping accurate records of all calls made, appointments scheduled, and customer interactions for future reference and analysis.

1. Good communication skills: You must have clear and professional communication skills to effectively interact with customers over the phone.

2. Basic computer skills: Ability to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office to maintain call records and schedule appointments.

3. Patience and persistence: Persistence is key in making successful sales calls, and patience is necessary when dealing with customer inquiries or objections.

4. Time management skills: As a part-time tele caller, you will need to effectively manage your time to make a high volume of calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
