We are looking for a Tele Caller who will primarily engage with customers over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience who have completed at least their 10th grade. As a Tele Caller, you will work from home and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Engagement**: Make calls to potential customers, present our services, and answer any queries they may have to enhance their experience.

2. **Lead Generation**: Identify new business leads while maintaining a positive interaction with prospective clients to maximize interest in our offerings.

3. **Data Entry and Management**: Input customer information and interaction details accurately into our database to ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping.

4. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, which helps improve our services and customer satisfaction.

5. **Follow-Up Calls**: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to nurture leads and close sales, ensuring that all interactions are recorded for reference.
