Looking For Tele Caller (female)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves reaching out to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, handle queries, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Report feedback, issues, and trends to the management for improvement.
