we are looking for an enthusiastic telecalling executive to handle outbound and inbound calls. the role involves reaching out to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, handle queries, and maintain customer relationships.

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

report feedback, issues, and trends to the management for improvement.
