12th Pass Freshers For Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Jankipuram. This full-time position is best suited for a female candidate who has completed at least the 12th grade and has up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outgoing Calls: Reach out to potential customers to inform them about our products and services.

- Handle Inquiries: Respond to questions and provide information to customers, ensuring their needs are met.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and feedback in our database.

- Follow-Up: Contact existing customers to gather their feedback and encourage them to continue using our services.

- Achieve Targets: Work towards daily and monthly call and sales targets set by the management.

- Provide Customer Support: Assist customers in understanding services and resolve any issues they may encounter.
