Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain company services.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain a database of calls.

Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos or meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.

Prior experience in the service industry (., CRM, software, hospitality, etc.).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus.

Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
