Looking For Tele Caller (Female Only)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Tej Pratap Nagar. This is a full-time position that requires a proactive approach and strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services, ensuring a personalized approach to each interaction.

- **Follow Up on Leads:** Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions, providing necessary information to assist in decision-making.

- **Maintain Call Records:** Accurately document call details and outcomes using our CRM system, helping the team track progress and areas for improvement.

- **Answer Customer Queries:** Provide clear and accurate information to customers, addressing their questions or concerns effectively to enhance their experience.

- **Collaborate with Team:** Work alongside sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and share insights on customer feedback to improve our offerings.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly. A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor are essential in building rapport with callers. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate. A minimum education level of 12th grade is required. Candidates must be female and prepared to work full-time on-site in Tej Pratap Nagar. Being goal-oriented and motivated to meet targets is crucial for success in this role.
