As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and conveying important information about our services. Your primary responsibility is to promote our offerings and establish a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Outbound Calls:** Make calls to potential and existing customers to share information about our products and services, aiming to generate interest and inquiries.

- **Customer Follow-up:** Reach out to previous customers to follow up on their experiences and gather feedback, which helps improve our services and maintain customer satisfaction.

- **Maintain Records:** Document all interactions with customers accurately in our database to keep track of conversations, inquiries, and follow-ups.

- **Provide Product Information:** Answer questions and provide clear and concise information about the features and benefits of our services to help customers make informed decisions.

- **Generate Leads:** Identify potential sales opportunities during conversations and effectively communicate them to the sales team for further action.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should be female and possess good communication skills, both spoken and written. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working in an office environment and should be able to handle rejection calmly. Basic computer skills, especially with MS Office, are important for maintaining records and data entries.
