Direct Walk-in For Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and will work full-time in the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Reach out to potential customers to inform them about our products and services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- **Handle Inbound Queries:** Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

- **Maintain Customer Database:** Update and manage the customer database regularly to keep all information current and accurate for future follow-ups.

- **Record Call Details:** Document all calls made and the responses received, ensuring proper tracking of customer interactions and sales progress.

- **Follow Up on Leads:** Contact previous leads to rekindle interest and potentially convert them into customers by discussing offers and promotions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, to articulate product details and engage customers effectively.

- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, allowing for tailored responses.
