We are looking for a Tele caller who can convert leads into strong customer database and take ownership and deliver results.
• Responsible for calling to convert qualified leads provided by the company.
• Handling queries/escalations by customers/consumers
• Ensuring proper & timely responses to queries/complaints with proper solutions
• Preparing sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
• Develop and maintain DSA relationships.
• Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with credit team/Disburse team.
• Make various MIS's and circulate on a daily and weekly basis to all.
• Should have experience in NBFC DSA vertical – Mandatory.
• Performance based incentives included.
Experience & Skills Required: • 2 - 5 years of work experience in sales tele calling preferably personal loan in Banking & Non – Banking Companies.
• Product experience in Personal Loan is important.
• Team player should be able to work under pressure.
• Should be expert in Advanced Excel.
• Good networking skills.
• Good Communication Skills must.
• Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.
