ctc : 12,000 to 14,000 monthly. pf & esic .

work from office.

shift timing : - ( day shift ).

1 rotational week off will be provided between monday-friday.

education qualification : 12 th pass mandatory.

*experience*: 6 months of experience as telemarketing mandatory.

age : 22-30 yrs.

language : fluently in english ( ability to speak, read & write ). excellent in hindi ( ability to speak ).

skill : should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.

*outbound calling* on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.

*to fix up* appointments with prospective customers.

*ensure* that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.

*scheduling* appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.

*retention* percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.

*ensure* quality of appointments provided to the sales.
