4. Sales pitch: Present and explain the features, advantages, and benefits of the products or services to potential customers.

6. Sales conversion: Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or take the desired action by using effective sales techniques and overcoming objections.

7. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads, address any concerns, and convert them into sales.

8. Data management: Accurately record customer information, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

9. Sales targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets as set by the organization.

10. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback to the management team.
