Job Details

• Extend adequate support on the process and handling queries of existing clients.

• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and Written

• Ensure End to End customer engagement by ensuring quality service, better TAT on client escalations and to liaison with internal teams for better solutions.

• Collaborate with management teams and continuously upgrade knowledge on financial products, services and industry policies.

• Promptly maintain and update various calling reports on CRM database.

• Experience in handling customers over voice//non-voice or willingness to actively engage with clients in case of fresher.

• Eye for numbers and versatile in working on multiple CRM tools including Excel.

• Should be open to learn and upgrade their skills as per the ongoing business demands.
