Tele Caller Executive

1. Engage in outbound calling to identify and connect with potential customers, generating new business

opportunities;

2. Understand the travel preferences and requirements of customers and provide information about

suitable travel packages and services;

3. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objecÆŸ ons to convert leads into confirmed bookings;

4. Follow up on inquiries and ensure ÆŸ mely and effecÆŸ ve communicaÆŸ on with customers;

5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth;6. Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and update Lead Management software

with relevant information;

7. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction;

8. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively pitch to

customers.
