About the Role

Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Research Assistant to support our Research & Development team in engineering and academic research projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation who are passionate about research, innovation, and technical documentation.

Requirements

./ or ./ in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.

CGPA/GPA of or above is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.

Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.

Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in academic projects, research documentation, journal publications, technical paper writing, or thesis work will be an added advantage.

Passion for research and willingness to learn new technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in conducting literature reviews and identifying research gaps.

Support the preparation of research proposals, technical reports, and manuscripts.

Collect, organize, and analyze technical data for research projects.

Assist in research methodology development and project documentation.

Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and research reports.

Support journal publication activities, including formatting, referencing, and plagiarism checking.

Collaborate with Research Analysts and technical teams on engineering and R&D projects.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and current research trends.
