A leading Skilling & Training company in the field of Advanced Manufacturing seeks a Technical Trainer to join their team.

They seek a trainer who is proficient in ONE of the following areas:

CNC Milling and Turning technology (any controller) - Knowledge of CNC programming and the ability to write and edit CNC code, Hands-on experience with CNC milling and turning machines is a must, etc.

Robotics and automation and digital manufacturing - Knowledge of different types of robotic systems, including industrial robots, collaborative robots (cobots), and autonomous systems, Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, actuators, and other automation components, etc.

Additive manufacturing - Knowledge of various additive manufacturing technologies, such as stereolithography (SLA), selective laser sintering (SLS), fused deposition modeling (FDM), and metal 3D printing processes like selective laser melting (SLM) or electron beam melting (EBM).

CAD/CAM technology - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar programs, Ability to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, drawings, etc.

Other Desirable skills:

Capability to develop training presentations, handouts, and supplementary materials to enhance training programs under guidance.

Able to contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training operations.

Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ability to create effective assessments to evaluate the understanding and progress of learners.

Skill in providing constructive feedback to support learner development.

Clear and effective communication skills to convey information, concepts, and instructions to learners.

Ability to adapt communication style to different learning styles and audience levels.
