Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Technical Support Executives to handle inbound calls from customers based in the USA and Canada. The role involves assisting customers with technical issues related to antivirus software, printers, and operating system errors. Candidates should be confident in diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound technical support calls from US & Canada customers
Troubleshoot issues related to antivirus, printers, and operating systems
Provide step-by-step solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout the call
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support (international process preferred)
Strong knowledge of antivirus software, printer troubleshooting, and OS issues
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Ability to work in night shifts
Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
