· knowledge on basic networking commands; different types of cables.
· different between modem, router, switches, hubs ; port forwarding; mac address; nic;wifi ghz 5 ghz ; beamforming technology; nat and uses
roles and responsibilities :
· handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on sla, following internal process & keeping self-updated •
· work shifts/ hours: rotational shift ( flexible with both day & night shifts)
