Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates or Diploma Holders ( Arrears/Backlogs can be considered)
Technical Requirement: ( Key skills Required )
· Strong NETWORKING knowledge (VAN ;LAN; Topologies ; IP address Public And Private)
· DNS & Examples; DHCP;APIPA; Network sharing ; DORA process; OSI layers
· Knowledge on Basic networking commands; Different types of cables.
· Different between modem, router, switches, HUBS ; Port forwarding; MAC Address; NIC;WIFI 2.4 GHZ 5 GHZ ; Beamforming technology; NAT and uses
Roles and Responsibilities :
· Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on SLA, following internal process & keeping self-updated
· Work Shifts/ Hours: Rotational shift ( flexible with both Day & night shifts)

· Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail
· Excellent English communication ( Both Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor
