The ideal candidate is a motivated Sales Professional from Manufacturing Industry (preferably from Auxiliary equipment Manufacturing Industry)

*Responsibilities:*

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor's degree or DME with (MBA, MMM will be added advantage) or equivalent experience in Business

*Experience: *

8-15 years of experience Capital goods selling, Manufacturing Ind. well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
