responsibilities

 prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and

appointment setting for external sales team

 collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and indecomm leadership to

develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective

customers

 initiate lead/demand generation strategies that include outbound sales

 participate and learn new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts

 effectively communicate and present the indecomm saas solutions and value

proposition to prospects

 track weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports

 develop and maintaining strong lead pipelines

 working collaboratively in a team environment and independently

 achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas

 staying educated on the new mortgage regulations, our product changes (features),

innovations, and trends.

 ability to mine, build, maintain and update calling/e-mailing databases in a crm/excel.
