Provide information about available internet, home phone, and TV plans across AT&T, DirecTV, Brightspeed, and other partnered ISPs
Understand customer needs, recommend suitable plans, and close sales
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and service explanation
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Stay updated with the latest offers, promotions, and pricing changes from ISP partners
