Technical Service Engineer – Only male Candidates

Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. Location: Coimbatore. Salary: Not a Constraint for The right Candidate

Note: Valid Driving License, Two Wheeler & Android Mobile Mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Complete Field Work. (Broadband Installation & Fault Repair process). Candidate would be travelling to customers place to rectify the faults & Installation in Network.

2. (From Customer switch box to end connection of customers place) Most Expected issues in network would be:

3. Service issue due to Fiber Cut /Copper Cut / Improper Router Configuration

4. Crimping Issues

5. He should meet the daily targets given by the team leader.

6. Fiber splicing is involved

7. Take proactive actions to reduce customer complaints and should ensure this by rectifying the Fiber connectivity, reduce fault/cut proneness and by ensuring quality of execution.

8. Assume overall responsibility for ensuring % Customer Uptime

9. Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms

10. Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams

11. Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals

12. Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT

13. Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting

14. Analyse repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required

15. 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules

16. Responsible for process adherence

17. Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level

Key Skills:

a) Should have min 0 - 2 years relevant experience in Field Network Engineer role (Broadband)
