Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Technical Engineers to join our team. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and servicing of IoT controllers designed for Irrigation Automation and Fertigation systems. Your responsibilities will include:

-Installation of IoT controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.

-Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of IoT controllers to ensure optimal performance.

-Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

-Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.

-Providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of IoT controllers.

-Documenting installation and service activities accurately.

Qualifications:

-Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

-Proven experience in technical installations and servicing.

-Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
