-installation of iot controllers at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.

-conducting routine maintenance and servicing of iot controllers to ensure optimal performance.

-troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

-collaborating with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.

-providing on-site training and support to customers on the operation of iot controllers.

-documenting installation and service activities accurately.

qualifications:

-degree in electrical engineering or related field.

-proven experience in technical installations and servicing.

-strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

-excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
