key responsibilities and dutiesarea of focusresponsibilities and daily taskssystem implementation & design* design and implement technical solutions, systems, and components (., hardware, software, network configurations) based on project specifications. * assist in the design and architecture review, ensuring new solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with business needs. * develop and test prototypes or process changes to validate technical feasibility and tenance & troubleshooting* provide level 2 or level 3 technical support for complex production and test systems, diagnosing and resolving issues across hardware, software, and network components. * conduct root cause analysis (rca) for critical system failures to implement permanent preventative measures. * perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades to ensure minimal downtime and optimal ess optimization & quality* contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, methodologies (like ci/cd and devops), and best practices. * develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, operating procedures, and user manuals. * participate in quality assurance and control checks to ensure all projects and deployments meet required quality and safety aboration & liaison* collaborate with cross-functional teams, including r&d, product management, and business analysts, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks. * coordinate with field technicians or site personnel on project deployments, installations, and repairs. * explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and provide training to end-users or junior staff.
