role and responsibilities

• produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

• write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, wiki, user manuals, installation guides, datasheets, technical whitepapers, developer guides, troubleshooting, training manuals.

• standardize content across platforms and media.

• candidate should be self-motivated and able to work well independently.

• excellent written and verbal skills.

• must be an expert user of microsoft office including ms visio.

• deliver high quality documentation.

• ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.

• participate in peer reviews for own and other's work.

• create api documents, functional specifications (not mandatory), faq.

• coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• explore new technology and feature

• developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
