ERP Technical Functional Consultant

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points, and translate them into technical specifications

• Design and implement technology solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the technical solutions meet the business requirements

• Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure that the system is functioning as expected

• Provide end-user training and support to ensure that the system is being used effectively

• Develop and maintain documentation of system functionality, technical specifications, and user manuals.

• Participate in project planning and project management activities as required

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the technology solutions are relevant and effective
