Roles and Responsibilities

Team Leader: BPO Inbound/ Outbound/ BFSI Background Experience needed

Performance oriented candidates with minimum 1 year of work experience of leading team in a BPO

Experience in setting Team goals and KPI's

Monitoring and Evaluation of Individual as well as Team performance

Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required.

Has Handled a Team Size of 20+ candidates or more

Should have knowledge on Excel, proficient on Ms Word, Knows to calculate Shrinkage,Attrition.

Must have expereince in handling BPO process.

Experience in the BPO Sector is mandatory.
