Shifts: 24x7 rotational (5 days working)
Are you a motivated and experienced leader ready to take charge of a dynamic team? Were looking for a Team Leader with experience in International Process Handling to lead and inspire a team of 15–20 members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 15–20 agents
Monitor and drive team performance across key metrics: Productivity, Quality, Shrinkage, and Attrition
Coach and mentor new team members for smooth onboarding
Conduct weekly coaching sessions and performance reviews
Provide real-time floor support and handle escalations effectively
Identify training needs (TNI) and bridge process gaps
Review existing processes and recommend improvements to boost CSAT and performance
Achieve Individual Contributor (IC) targets
Ensure AHT is maintained across different tenure buckets
Support operational excellence in a 24x7 environment
