We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individuals with real estate background and existing teams. The person would act as a catalyst between sellers and buyers.

Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.

Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.

Plan approaches and pitches

Build relationships with new clients.

In some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.

Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.

Attending meetings as and when required.

Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & Seller.

Persons should generate leads through social media and other real estate apps.

Leadership skills:

1. Coaching the team to significant increase the effectiveness of their conversations with others, with a focus on team leading whether individual, team, workplace or executive with a Leadership approach is always about facilitating positive change by improving thinking.

2. Ability to listen like taking time to what your employees have to say without interrupting and then think about what you want to say before responding.

3. An Open Mind that creates trust and respect to employees through which the employees will know their viewpoint, suggestions and feedback are valued.

4. Being Flexible to adjust quickly to changing circumstances.

5. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of working in order to achieve better productivity of all the resources including me.

Required Qualification BBA or MBA or any Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: 224,000.00 - 560,000.00 per month
