Ensure accuracy of information database (excel spreadsheets / Customized tools) created by process consultants to

generate insights and facilitate data analytics

2. Understand the sales process in detail & it’s control environment to assist the PMO is execution of reviews

3. Conduct trainings of in-house team members on sales process. Help resolve queries that team members may have

on any aspects of the assignment.

4. Project management capabilities to ensure adequacy and accuracy of checks performed at multiple locations

assigned to team leads

5. Regular reporting of status to the managers in pre-defined formats.

6. Communicates and acts in a professional manner when interviewing or observing clients
