🔹 Job Responsibilities:

- Manage an in-house telecalling team (25-30 members) - No Field Collection

- Ensure assigned collection targets are achieved

- Interact with high-risk customers and resolve accounts effectively

- Coordinate with Collection Manager / Bucket Manager to ensure process compliance

- Monitor and follow up on dialer calls as required

- Ensure team productivity, intensity, and regular follow-ups

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

- 1-2 years of experience in collection process

- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Regional language preferred)
