Matrix Exports Hiring Team Leader (Exports & Tender Department)

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage export operations and government tender activities end-to-end. The role includes handling export documentation, participating in domestic and international tenders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the departments daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage export documentation, logistics, and compliance (DGFT, Customs, GST)

Handle complete tender process via GeM, CPPP, PSU & State portals

Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, banks, and clients

Lead and supervise the exports & tender team, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines

Maintain records of EMDs, PBGs, contracts, and compliance documents

Prepare MIS reports and support audits

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business / International Trade

24 years experience in exports & government tenders

Prior team handling experience preferred

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + performance-based benefits

(Final salary based on skills and interview evaluation)
