Tally Definition Language

We are seeking a skilled TDL (Tally Definition Language) Developer to join our team. As a

TDL Developer, you will be responsible for thorough understanding, documenting, managing

timelines, testing and delivering a robust, well-tested and scalable solution to our customers.

You should have a thorough understanding of Tally Prime as well as a great grasp of Tally

Definition Language.

Your key responsibilities will include:

ï‚· Understand the customer requirements for solution/customization

 Check feasibility of the customer’s requirement with Tally default

ï‚· Prepare project plan for the solution/customization development

ï‚· Designing and developing TDL modules and extensions for Tally Prime software.

ï‚· Customizing existing Tally functionalities to align with client needs.

ï‚· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure

seamless integration.

ï‚· Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to TDL development and

implementation.

ï‚· Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of

TDL solutions.

ï‚· Providing technical support and guidance to clients and end-users.

ï‚· Staying updated on Tally Prime software updates and new features.

ï‚· Documenting TDL development processes and best practices.

Skills & Knowledge:

ï‚· Proficient in use of Tally Definition Language (TDL)

ï‚· Thorough knowledge of Tally Prime

ï‚· Expertise in customization and Integration using TDL Tool

ï‚· Basic accounting knowledge

ï‚· Good logical thinking

ï‚· Project management skills

ï‚· Expertise in APIs and web based integration experience with Tally is a plus

ï‚· Expertise in integration of any 3rd party software and mobile app

ï‚· Graduate in any stream (BCA/. is preferred)

ï‚· At least 3-4 years of experience in IT development / Tally

ï‚· Experience of development and deployment of solutions in Tally will have preference
