We are looking for a Tamil Telecaller to join our team in Thoraipakkam. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant voice and a strong desire to communicate effectively with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential and existing customers to provide information about our products and services and answer their queries.

- **Customer Engagement:** Build a rapport with customers to encourage them to make purchases or express interest in our services.

- **Handle Queries and Complaints:** Address customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

- **Maintain Accurate Records:** Document all conversations and customer interactions in our system to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

- **Achieve Targets:** Work towards specific sales or engagement targets set by the management, adjusting strategies as needed to meet those goals.
