Hiring Fresher / Tally Operator / 12th Pass

We are looking for a Tally Operator to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have passed their 12th grade and can have up to 6 years of experience. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Financial Transactions: Accurately record and process all financial transactions using Tally software, ensuring proper documentation for each entry.

- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, including stock in and stock out, while updating records in Tally for accurate reporting.

- Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, helping management understand the business's financial position.

- Reconcile Accounts: Regularly check and reconcile bank statements with Tally records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

- Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports produced through Tally.
