Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Okhla phase 2, Delhi
Experience Required: 3 - 6 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
Manage internal hiring requirements for the company
Understand hiring needs from department heads
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, references, and social media platforms
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure timely closure of positions
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates
Support employer branding and hiring campaigns when required
Qualification & Skills
Graduate / MBA HR preferred
Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Good stakeholder and candidate management skills
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
