€¢ Utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs, headhunting, and internal databases.
€¢ Scheduling and conducting interviews in coordination with hiring managers and department heads.
€¢ Handling salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
€¢ Liaising with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
€¢ Managing hiring reports, ATS tracking, and recruitment analytics.
€¢ Handling both volume hiring and specialized niche recruitment for technical roles.
