job description :-

> end to end recruitment for all level.

> job posting on different portal (naukri / monster / linkdin etc.).

> sourcing and screening the profile using job portal, reference, database.

> taking telephonic interview, preparing tracker sheet.

> coordination with client counter part for position, interview schedule till closing.

> coordination with candidate, negotiation with candidate, collecting documents as per client requirements etc.

> mass mailing.

> coordination with client for new position, follow up for interview process, follow up for feedback etc.

> lead generation, new business development by calling or visiting the client.

> visiting customer for meeting (on as and when required bases).

> target oriented profile.
